What We Do Production Services

Our Expertise: Production To All Intents And Purposes

Led by Syaiful Wathan, our senior Line Producer, we gather a team that has experience on film-making production. We do the ABC of the production process i.e:

  • Create and manage budget plans;
  • Devise an effective timeline schedule
  • Hire and manage the crew
  • Ensure the production process runs as smoothly as planned.

Line Producer

Team Leader, a decision maker, coordinates a to z between creative team & production team. Mainly responsible for timeline planning & budget arranging.

Production Manager

The manager of below the line personnel, directly coordinating with the Line Producer. The leaders of the production team. Mainly responsible for making sure the production process runs as smoothly as planned.

Production Unit

On-site team that mainly responsible for all direction from Production Manager

Production Assistant

Directly coordinated with Line Producer & Production Manager. Mainly responsible for managing budget, production’s meals and accommodation.

Craft Service

Is responsible for facilitating the meals, drinks, and snacks for all production team and cast.

Transportation Captain

Is responsible for arranging schedule and transportation, making sure all transportation crew and cast on timeline.

Runner

The hands and feet of production. Responsible for copying all the sheets, sides, scripts, health, and other needs, and distributing it to all the crew.

Rain Stopper

Mainly responsible for handling the rain when doing outdoor shoots.
